Christmas Eve NOTD & FOTD featuring Tom Ford Crimson Noir

Long time no blog...! I hope you have all had a fabulous Christmas.
I know this post is a little late, but over the Christmas period I just haven't had time to blog, so I am playing catch-up over the next few days and showing you some things from over Christmas.
This is the look I went for on Christmas Eve - a day of rushed last minute shopping and general excitment. Also a chance to wear one of my new favourite lipsticks - Tom Ford Crimson Noir (post coming very soon)

Tom Ford Crimson Noir make up look
FACE
Chanel Mat Lumiere 20 & 30 mixed
Chanel Poudre Universelle

CHEEKS
Dior Bronze Matte- Honey
Mac Shimpagne highlighter

EYES
Shu Uemura hard formula brow pencil - Seal Brown
NARS Larger Than Life eye pencil - Via Veneto
Dior Extase mascara
Clinique Bottom Lash mascara

LIPS
Laura Mercier lip pencil - true red
Tom Ford Crimson Noir lipstick

Essie Fishnet Stockings

NAILS
Essie Fishnet Stockings

A surprisingly quick and easy look and one that lasted well over an epic 8 hour shopping spree.
Crimson Noir is fast becoming one of my favourite reds, such a beautiful colour, if not a bit of a surprise for me - more to come about this in the very near future.
Essie Fishnet Stockings, whilst a beautiful colour was a pain to apply due to the small, thin brush. I find that I rarely purchase any Essie due to their brush, I really wish they would change it!

  1. This is so beautiful on you, Georgia. Does it replace Chanel Dragon though? x

  2. Lovely :) I love Fishnet Stockings - I know what you mean about the brush but I quite like it because my nails are quite narrow so I usually make a mess with OPI polishes! I want to try the brow pencil - would you recommend it?x

  3. @LeanneOCD - post coming up in which I have a debate about if it is a replacement...it's a possibility! x

@Stacey - my nails aren't wide but I like to be able to cover the nail with one swipe and I can't with essie.
I do recommend the brow pencil, it is definitely the best brow pencil I have used xx

  4. Oh I just can't bear Essie. Either streaky application, or thick consistency.. and the brush. I never buy anything from Essie anymore.
